MOSA (Mesh Offline Secure Architecture) is designed with privacy and security as its core principles. We operate on a strict Zero-Knowledge basis, meaning we do not collect, store, or process the content of your messages. All communications are either transmitted peer-to-peer over the LoRa mesh network or end-to-end encrypted when passing through our Internet Gateways.
The Internet Gateway acts solely as a temporary relay. Encrypted message packets are discarded immediately upon successful delivery or after a brief expiration period. We do not maintain any persistent message history, chat logs, or communication metadata on our central servers.
When you choose to bridge your MOSA node with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram, the data passing through the integration is subject to the respective privacy policies of those platforms. MOSA does not store or analyze your external platform data.
We employ industry-standard cryptographic protocols (including AES-256 and Elliptic Curve Cryptography) to ensure that your data remains completely indecipherable to anyone other than the intended recipient. Your private keys never leave your local device.
You maintain absolute sovereignty over your communication identity. Because we do not store your communication data centrally, there is no personal data for us to retrieve, monetize, or surrender to third parties.

By downloading, installing, configuring, or using MOSA software, hardware, or Internet Gateways, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
MOSA provides a hybrid decentralized communication network and internet gateway plugins to bridge offline mesh networks with mainstream messaging platforms. Our service is designed to facilitate secure, resilient communication.
You agree to use MOSA services strictly for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the network for illegal activities, distributing malware, engaging in harassment, or attempting to compromise the integrity of the mesh network or its nodes.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptographic keys, device PINs, and gateway access tokens. Loss or compromise of your cryptographic keys will result in the permanent loss of access to your communication identity.
The MOSA service and software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Talivio Technology does not guarantee uninterrupted service, completely error-free operation, or 100% message delivery rates, especially given the experimental nature of decentralized radio mesh networks.
In no event shall Talivio Technology, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the MOSA network, hardware, or internet gateways.
MOSA is fundamentally aligned with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional privacy laws around the world through our Privacy by Design architecture.
We collect the absolute minimum amount of operational data necessary to route messages and keep the gateway active. Because all communications are end-to-end encrypted, we do not process or have access to "personal data" contained within your messages.
To the extent that any temporary routing metadata (such as IP addresses or gateway tokens) is processed by our servers, it is done solely on the lawful basis of fulfilling our contractual obligation to provide the decentralized communication service to you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The MOSA mesh network is distributed physically via LoRa nodes. Any messages relayed through our optional Internet Gateways are encrypted client-side before leaving your device, ensuring safe data transmission across global networks irrespective of server location.
You have the right to request access to, rectification, or erasure of your personal data. However, due to our Zero-Knowledge architecture, we do not store persistent databases of users or their communications. Deleting the application and discarding your private keys effectively erases your identity from the network.
If you have any specific privacy concerns, questions about our data practices, or wish to exercise your data protection rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@talivio.com.
